Aujourd'hui, j'aimerais partager avec vous un album que j'aime vraiment écouter quand je suis justement en train d'écrire un article pour le blog chez moi sous ma couette bien au chaud (et oui maintenant vous savez la vérité : il est 13h30 et je suis toujours en pyjama dans mon lit. Honte à moi!)

L'album dont je voulais parler est "The Crying Light" de Antony and the Johnsons.
C'est un album qui s'écoute vraiment bien quand le temps est nuageux, pluvieux, enfin un temps qui fait qu'on préfère rester chez nous plutôt que d'être dehors.

La voix d'Antony Hegarty est unique. Quand on l'écoute, du moins, quand je l'écoute, j'ai l'impression d'être emportée ailleurs, comme si le temps s'arrêtait tout d'un coup. Je n'ai plus envie de rien faire, je veux juste écouter cette voix angélique et en même j'ai aussi l'envie d'accomplir pleins de choses, de créer. Une sensation plutôt incroyable quand on y pense!

Je suis actuellement en train d'écouter le titre "Everglade" qui est justement un morceau qui, je trouve, est comme une bouffée d'air frais, une paire d'ailes qu'on nous aurait donné pour pouvoir voler et partir loin. Je sais je m'emporte mais j'aime vraiment ce groupe et leur musique.

Si vous êtes sensibles comme moi, vous pleurerez sûrement en écoutant cet album mais ce ne seront pas des larmes de tristesse qui couleront sur vos joues, simplement des larmes de joie, d'espoir, tout ce que vous voulez. Je vous recommande vraiment d'y jeter un oeil, ou plutôt d'y "tendre une oreille".

PS: pour ceux qui aiment la saga Hunger Games, il y a un morceau d'Antony qui s'appelle "Angel on Fire" dans la b-o de Catching Fire (enfin "Hunger Games : L'embrasement", le dernier volet sorti au cinéma et toujours en salle d'ailleurs).

Today I would like to share with you an album that I really like to listen when I 'm writing an article for the blog home under my warm comforter (yes now you know the truth : it is 1:30 p.m. and I'm still in my pajamas in my bed. Shame on me!)

The album I wanted to talk about is " The Crying Light" by Antony and the Johnsons .

This is an album which is great to listen to when the weather is cloudy or rainy, in fact a time that makes you prefer to stay at home rather than go outside.

Antony Hegarty's voice is unique. When we listen to it, at least , when I listen to it, I feel taken elsewhere, as if time had stopped suddenly. I do not feel like doing anything , I just want to listen to this angelic voice and at the same time I also want to do many things, to create. A pretty amazing feeling when you think!

I 'm currently listening to the song " Everglade " which is a song that, I think, is like a breath of fresh air, a pair of wings given to us to fly far away. I know I'm getting carried away but I really like this group and their music.

If you are sensitive like me, you surely weep listening to this album but it will not be tears of sadness that will flow down your cheeks, just tears of joy, hope, whatever you want. So, I really recommend you to take a look at it, or rather " lend an ear to it" .
